Return & Exchange Policy

At Kitchanova, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the following conditions.

Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

Check First 

You may open and check your package before accepting it from the courier , having full right to accept or refuse it.  

Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels must be included.
  • The original purchase receipt or order confirmation is required.
  • Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or alteration cannot be returned or exchanged.

In-Store Return & Exchange Only

All returns and exchanges must be completed at our physical store.

Please bring:

  • The product in its original condition
  • Original packaging
  • Proof of purchase

We do not currently offer return or exchange pickup services.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products with missing parts or accessories
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Bring the product to our physical store for inspection.
  • If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing instant while your visit instore.
  • Shipping fees are non refundable

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • The replacement product is subject to stock availability.
  • If there is a price difference, the balance must be paid or will be refunded accordingly.
